pico de gallo...

i have quite a few ripe tomatoes...
and peppers.
so today..
i'm in the kitchen.

i put this together to snack on while i'm cooking.

this morning...
i made a marinade...
and i'm getting ready to make a pepper jelly...
some hot sauce...
and some tomato sauce.

so...
i'd better get busy.
